We are a small business operating since 2017 as GBdesign, but were
previously Aceplanning and operated for almost 10 years. We are based in
Cloghan, County Offaly. We have had planning application's lodged in many
counties such as Offaly, Galway, Roscommon, Meath, Dublin, Laoise, Tipperary
and Donegal to name a few and have successfully gained planning permission for
customers in all the above counties. We have also provided 3D video and render images for satisfied customers in the past for various size projects. We now provide a 3D Virtual Reality tour of your home so you can have a full feel for scale and layout design before committing to your final plans and avoiding costly re-deign during construction.
We take pride in providing both large scale bespoke design buildings to
compact simplified designs tailored to suit customer’s needs. We also encourage
the use of sustainable energy solutions and renewable energy sources in our
designs. Local authorities in every county throughout Ireland have provided
design guidelines for dwelling designs so this is always the starting point for
any design proposal. A traditional design approach is often best advised over
the more contemporary and modern slick design in certain site locations due to
possible difficulties the design may pose to the local authority.
